Description
The marker is a cone-shaped piece with a hole in the top for easy attachment of the stick. The set includes 12 pieces numbered from 1 to 12.

Purpose
Training with chips develops coordination of movements, foot speed, stability, balance and other qualities that are needed by rugby players, football players, baseball players and other athletes. Examples of exercises:

• a normal run between cones laid out in a line at small intervals;
• running sideways;
• short jumps (push off and land with two feet);
• jumping with alternating leg positions similar to school hopscotch;
• cross running.

Athletes choose the appropriate pace of the exercises; when moving sideways, they first move facing one direction, and then the opposite direction.
