Return products

Products purchased from the online store geminisport.ua that do not fit in size, style, or other parameters can be returned in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection":

  • Without leaving the post office or Geminisport store, depending on how the item was received. Payment for the order/reservation is made only after inspecting the item (viewing the order does not exclude the possibility of fitting). If the item does not suit you: inform the operator/salesperson at the post office/store, and the order will be returned.
    • If the order is received at the post office of any operator, partial rejection of the order without payment is not possible.
    • If the order is received at the Geminisport store, you can remove the item that does not suit you from the order.
  • Return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt and payment. To return an item after payment, inform the store where the item was purchased/our managers through the contact center or via email at sale@geminisport.ua if the item was received by other means.

To return an item to the store, you need to bring the item to the sales store and have the following with you:
The return is made only to the Sender: either physically to the store or by sending via Nova Poshta.
To return an item via Nova Poshta, you need to send the package to the sender's details:
- shipping address
- full name
- phone number
- description: return within 14 days/service

Required documents:

- original receipt - cash register receipt;

- identity document;

- bank card if payment was made by card at the cash register;

- warranty card, if applicable.
Attach the documents:
- copy of the receipt (receipt / invoice)
- return application within 14 days with passport details, and refund details;
- warranty card, if applicable.
- It is advisable to send us the return information and the tracking number by email.

 

Refunds to the Buyer are made in the following cases:

  • The buyer returns the item after payment within 30 days.
  • The buyer did not receive the item that was prepaid on the website for any reason.
  • The buyer is refunded for the item that was returned within the warranty period and is not subject to exchange and/or repair.

Refund to the Buyer is carried out by the following methods, depending on the payment method used:

  • If the item was paid for after receiving the package by bank card or cash at the post office cash register - within 7 banking days after physically receiving the return by money transfer to the desired Ukrposhta branch.
  • If the item was paid for after receiving the package by bank card or cash at the store cash register - in cash or by bank card (depending on the payment method) at the store cash register after physically receiving the return.
  • If the item was paid for on the website - within 7 banking days after physically receiving the return by money transfer to the payer's account/card from which the payment was made.
