Description
A marking chip is a cone-shaped product with a wide hole in the upper part for a stand. Purpose
Training with chips develops coordination, foot speed, stability, balance and other qualities needed by rugby players, football players, baseball players and other athletes. Examples of exercises:

• regular running between cones laid out in a line at short intervals;
• running sideways;
• short jumps (push and landing with both legs);
• jumping with alternating leg positions by analogy with school classics;
• cross running.

Athletes choose the appropriate pace of exercise; when moving sideways, they first move their faces in one direction, and then in the opposite direction.
