Description

The pneumatic trainer consists of a headband, an elastic rubber band and a small elastic ball. To make performing exercises with the simulator as comfortable as possible, Velcro is sewn onto the bandage, with which you can adjust it to size. The fleece lining on the inside of the headband is designed to absorb sweat.

How it works

One end of the elastic is tied to the D-ring on the headband, the other is fixed in the ball. With each blow struck on the ball, it flies off and returns faster and, more often than not, along an unpredictable trajectory. This forces the athlete to concentrate on the exercise, develops his peripheral vision, reaction, and hand-eye coordination. Also, high intensity training increases muscle and respiratory endurance.

The simulator can be used by both professional boxers and beginners. Also, people who are far from boxing can practice with it - endurance and good coordination will not hurt anyone.
