Ease of use has made the GI-151 CrossFit rings widely popular among athletes practicing various sports. Unlike most gymnastic equipment, they can be used in almost any room or outdoors - the main thing is to find a high enough crossbar (tree branch).

To make the rings, multi-layer birch plywood is used, which is produced under high temperature and pressure. This gives it high strength and resistance to external influences, including dampness. The texture of natural wood provides the athlete with a secure grip, which is extremely important for safety.

Nylon slings can withstand a static load of up to 450 kg each, which eliminates the possibility of ring breakage even during very intense training. To secure the slings when hanging, as well as to adjust their length, the kit includes buckles with a reliable cam locking mechanism.

To train with rings, you don’t have to be a gymnast - even a beginner athlete can perform basic exercises, such as pull-ups.
