Groin protection is sometimes called a bandage and is needed not only by boys and men, as it may seem at first glance. It is put on the most delicate part of the body and helps to avoid not only external injuries - cuts in the skin and hematomas, but also internal damage to the reproductive system of girls and young women. That is why the bandage is included in the list of mandatory protective equipment for taekwondo. Description
The bandage is a kind of panties with an open buttock part. The design is extremely simple, does not slip due to the elastic bands, and due to their width does not squeeze the child's skin. In the front part there is a high and narrow pad, inside which dense foamed polyurethane is stuffed. It is able to dissipate the shock wave over its entire surface, due to which the pain from a kick is softened.

An elastic band is sewn to the edges of the pad, it fixes the product at the waist with Velcro. Another, narrower elastic band is passed through a loop at the bottom of the pad and sewn to the main fastening. When put on, it passes through the buttocks.
