Gemini GG-01 taekwondo gloves are designed for training fights and tournament matches of various levels. Their distinctive feature is reliable protection of the fighter’s knuckles in combination with an open, lightweight design that allows them to save energy during intense combat.
The gloves have an open palm and short fingers. The back (impact) side is cut from synthetic leather based on polyurethane. It is characterized by high resistance to damage and wear. The palm uses mesh material to improve ventilation. Plus, the inside has a polyester lining that perfectly wicks away moisture.
The knuckles, back of the hand and wrist, and thumb are covered with protective padding. The material for it is foamed ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), which is characterized by good shock absorption properties and the ability to dissipate impact.
The elastic cuffs of the gloves are equipped with wide Velcro straps that completely encircle the wrists and act as a fixator, reducing the risk of dislocations.
