Weighted cuffs FI-1302-3 are used to improve the performance of various physical exercises. Made in the form of a wide strip, divided into compartments in which the filler is placed. This way it does not get lost and remains evenly distributed even after prolonged use of the cuffs. Thanks to the design features, the accessories can be used for both arms and legs.
Small metal balls serve as filler. It tightly fills the compartments, thanks to which the weights keep their shape. At the same time, the density and thickness of the fabric makes the filler imperceptible. It does not put pressure on the ankles/hands and does not hit the body when performing particularly dynamic movements.
The material for the manufacture of weighted cuffs is high-density nylon. It combines strength, softness and dimensional stability. Due to this combination, weights are little subject to wear and can last a long time.
To secure the cuff weights, there is a wide belt with a metal ring and a Velcro fastener. This fastening system allows you to adjust the size of the projectile and securely holds it on your arm/leg.
