Weight cuffs are used to increase the effectiveness of various physical exercises. They are made as a wide band divided into compartments that hold the filler. This prevents it from shifting and keeps it evenly distributed even after prolonged use of the cuffs. Thanks to the design features, the accessories can be used for both arms and legs.

The filler consists of small metal pellets. It fills the compartments tightly, which is why the weights maintain their shape. At the same time, the density and thickness of the fabric make the filler unnoticeable. It does not press on the ankles/wrists and does not hit the body during especially dynamic movements.

The cuffs are made of high-density nylon. It combines strength, softness and shape retention. Thanks to this combination, the weights are resistant to wear and can last a long time.

To secure the weight cuffs there is a wide strap with a metal ring and a Velcro fastener. This fastening system allows you to adjust the size of the weight and securely hold it on the wrist/ankle.
