Purpose
The balance board is used to develop coordination of movements and helps improve the sense of balance. It has a unique design that allows you to effectively train almost anywhere - just place it on a smooth, hard surface. The basic exercise is to stand on a board and rotate your lower and upper body in different directions. You can also use it as a support when performing various exercises - crunches, squats, push-ups, lifts (swings) with dumbbells.

In addition to the obvious impact of such training on the athlete’s muscles, even just standing on the board, it is necessary to stabilize the body, which actively engages the vestibular apparatus and develops a person’s dexterity and motor skills. Exercises with a board help improve the general condition and performance of an athlete in any sport, be it amateur fitness or professional boxing.

Description of the projectile
The board is made of high-quality ABS plastic, which is lightweight, strong and durable. It is given a special, non-stability shape, which allows the athlete to perform tilting and turning movements in an amplitude limited by the height of the board’s bend. In addition, thanks to this shape, a fulcrum is created around which the projectile can rotate. To prevent the user's legs/arms from slipping during exercises, the working areas (grip) are covered with small spikes. There is a handle for carrying the board.
