Assembly tools:
19 mm open-end or box wrench.
Hex key or screwdriver for decorative caps (if necessary).

Correct tightening of bolted connections:
Connect the vertical racks with the two metal crossbars using M12×75 bolts.
Attach the bench to the main bench frame with M12×75 bolts.
In all connections use the sequence: washer on the bolt → through the metal element another washer → spring washer → nut.
Tighten the connection with a 19 mm wrench until snug, avoiding overtightening.
Install the M12 caps for protection against injury.

Safety requirements:

• Install the structure only on a flat, stable surface.
• Check the tightness of all fastenings before each use.
• Do not exceed the allowable load on the bench and rack (recommended no more than 200 kg total weight of athlete and barbell).
• When training, always use spotting or train under supervision.
• Do not use the product if there are deformations, play/looseness, or mechanical damage.

Before installation in the working position, the components may be stored in the manufacturer's dry and sealed packaging.
